Meet Chef Benjamin Sorter
I am Chef Benjamin Sorter, owner and executive chef of Herbs & Zest Private Dining. My culinary journey began at the Atlantic Culinary Academy, where I graduated at the top of my class with an associate's degree.
For over 10 years, I honed my skills as a chef at Walt Disney World, gaining invaluable experience in many different styles of cuisine and service across renowned restaurants like California Grill, The Wave, Mama Melrose, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Citricos, Narcoossee's, Yacht & Beach Banquets, and The Grand Floridian Convention Center.
In 2021, I embarked on my journey as a private chef, working as a contractor for esteemed companies such as Top Villas and Magical Vacation Homes in the Orlando area. Since starting my own company in 2025, I have been dedicated to creating magic and happy memories for families and clients through exceptional private dining experiences.
